Product packaging is undamaged and sealed, in factory condition with expected shelf wear.
We ship all products with protective packaging materials to protect them as much as possible during transit and for items of a fragile nature we ensure fragile labels are provided on the shipping boxes.
While we take as many measures as we can to ensure our buyers receive their purchases as safely as possible, without incurring additional costs, we also cannot guarantee the same care is taken in the handling of the shipments once they enter the shipping networks (USPS, FEDEX, UPS).
